Being a photographer has always stayed on my mind. Ever since I was little I had drawn things, I have captured things on film purely out of the curiosity of a child. However, when I grew up, I started to understand that it was not just about the capturing the certain image, but to capture the certain feeling or mood that revolves around a certain place.

So I grew up, entirely, and I moved to Paris. At first, I was overwhelmed with the amount of potential this place has, because before I moved in, I always thought it was an overstatement to say that Paris is the city of love.

I was wrong, and now I understand that. Even if I take a brisk walk to the market, I know I should take my camera with me, because I know there is going to be something worth photographing. This is just how Paris is. Paris is full of emotions, full of glamorous women and people with a different expression on their faces.

It is as if Paris has its own DNA, which allows people to be a bit different from all the other nationalities in the world. When I first came here, I was not sure if I really wanted to be a photographer in Paris, but I was going to try. The competition is tough and it took me a while until I had my first job, but I must say it was worth to wait.

My first job was a wedding in the suburbs of Paris, in a medieval castle with a wonderful setting and great design. The bride, herself, was an extraordinary girl, blonde with little pimples and curly hair and she was wearing an extravagant vintage dress that I cannot even describe properly. The thing is it went perfect with the rest of the setting, and the photos were amazing.

Needless to say, my first job was so unique; it brought me another hundred in the two following years.
Being a photographer has definitely changed my life. It made me see all the joys of life as well as it gave me all the professional success I needed. If you are interested in seeing my work, feel free to visit my website.
